2. HOME VIEWINGS
Once you determine the properties you would like to see, Craig will visit them in person for you. He will create a detailed HD video of the property which you can watch in the comfort of your home.
3. FALLING IN LOVE
Once you've found a property that you love, Craig will do extensive research on the neighborhood, past deals, potential risks or concerns and call you with a recommendation to proceed or not.
4. MAKING AN OFFER
This sounds like a big step, but Craig will make sure you are protected. While making an offer is a big step, it doesn't lock you in. By making an offer we get access to a property disclosure statement & formal home inspection.
5. DUE DILIGENCE
Craig will review the residential disclosure statement (a questionnaire that the seller's have to legally fill out) and the results of a home inspection. If the results are too scary, we will start the process again and you can back out of the contract legally.
6. MOVING TO NB
If your offer is accepted, Craig will ensure you have all the information you need to move to New Brunswick amidst the Covid-19 self-isolations rules. You will be walked through all the steps from setting up an account with NB Power to finding a great lawyer!
